A Ducky’s Life #Poem

I knew him once; His name was Lucky.
He spoke in squeaks, this rubber ducky.

I put him in a nice warm bath,
And things got out of hand real fast…

The water bubbled, ran and rose,
Right up to Lucky’s eyes and nose.

He vanished on that monsoon day,
UnLucky washed right down the drain…
