Some people can play nearly any musical instrument they encounter. They may not play professionally, or even very well, but they can at least make a sound or squeeze a few notes out of any instrument they hold.
I don’t consider myself a professional musician, although I probably should, since I’ve often been paid to perform for others.
Still, one of my favorite things is to explore a new instrument, because I’m blessed to get a sound out of every one I’ve tried.
It’s truly a marvel! And believe me, I never take it for granted!

I love music and would love to be one of those persons 🙂
You are very fortunate to have the ability to create music from any instrument.
You are indeed blessed to be able to play so many instruments.
What a marvelous gift to have.
So cool to be able to turn your hand to different instruments, and the joy of finding a sound that works is truly something special. An old bandmate of mine could play to a good level almost any instrument you gave him, though he excelled at and preferred guitar. I’ve played drums and percussion since age 15, but love messing about on guitar and keyboards and sound effect pedals.
You’re right – it really is a marvel.
Like the old saying holds, “God created musical instruments from the spare parts left over from creating Man.”
It must be nice to earn money by making music. Like growing flowers. Lovely.
Note worthy! Heehee
