It took you to do that for me.
1. You got me to talk when I wouldn’t,
And you got me to smile when I couldn’t.
They say for everyone there’s a special one to love.
I believed and now I see it’s true.
Refrain:
2. You got me to sing through the trials,
And you got me to skip across the miles.
Everything’s the same, but my point of view has changed.
The llight is shining bright between us two.
Refrain:
‘Cause I couldn’t understand the perfection of the plan
Until love revealed the mystery through you!
Refrain:
It took you to do that for me.
Refrain:
[And] it took you
To show me proof
That dreams really do come true.
It took you to do that for me.
It took you to do that for me!
Today is the Autumn Equinox, as well as International Day of Peace. World Peace is a noble goal; however, Peace begins with, and within each one of us.
On this International Day of Peace,
We cannot ask when all the wars will cease.
We must look with wisdom so deep inside,
Asking when in us will the Peace abide?
May we bless each day that we’re blessed to wake,
For the Peace we get is the Peace we make.
Any war outside is a war within,
But the Spirit fights for Its Peace again.
Every step so tiny and moment small
Is a piece of Peace, for one and all.
Though it may not manifest on this Earth,
Peace begins with us, for we give It birth.
For beyond the strife is a Spirit great
With a voice that urges us not to wait.
We must light it now with a flame so strong,
Making Peace the message we pass along.
On this International Day of Peace,
We cannot ask when all the wars will cease.
We must look with wisdom so deep inside,
And attend the flame of a peaceful life.

I wrote these lyrics while I was fasting and praying for those affected by hurricane Irma last Sunday, 9/10/17. My prayers continue for those who were injured, who lost loved ones, and who are still without electricity and other things that have become essential. And may we all be thankful for all the good things and people in our lives, and not take them for granted.
Wind so wild and raging,
Rains are pouring down.
Let Your children rest in
The peace that’s Yours alone.
‘Cause You know all Your children
By name and so much more.
Please show Your grace and peace O Lord,,
Centered, centered in the storm.
News of devastation,
Everything at stake.
Still Your love is stronger
Than any storm that breaks.
‘Cause You know all Your children
By name and so much more.
Please show Your love and power,
Centered, centered in the storm.
“We don’t know Your purpose
Or understand Your ways.
Guide us and protect us;
Thy will be done,” we pray.
‘Cause You know all Your children
By name and so much more.
Please help us sing Your praises,
Centered, centered in the storm.
‘Cause You know all Your children
By name and so much more.
And life is for Your glory,
Even centered in the storm.
For You are centered in the storm.
Centered in the storm,
You are centered in the storm.
The freedom to love is your own right to choose-
and to feel like it’s true. If you learn when you lose,
then you’ve not a regret and can choose more at ease,
for the freedom to love is to love whom you please.

Whoever is a believer in Christ is a new creation. The old way of living has disappeared. A new way of living has come into existence.
–2 Corinthians 5:17 (GWT)
Lyrics
I am changed and all because of you.
1. Every happiness I found was fleeting at its best.
But now I have a joy complete that keeps me feeling blessed.
Refrain:
2. Piece by piece my peace of mind just crumbled like a wall.
But deep within I nestle in the greatest peace of all.
Refrain:
3. Love was all I asked for, but no answer fit the bill.
My question heard the truth in you, and every need fulfilled.
Refrain: (Twice)
I am changed and all because of you (2x).
Refrain:
Oh you have changed my world
In every shape and form.
You took all the old and made it new.
You have changed my life,
Turned the darkness into light,
And you washed all the lies away with truth.
I am changed and all because of you.

Are not five sparrows sold for two pennies? Yet not one of them is forgotten by God. Indeed, the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Don’t be afraid; you are worth more than many sparrows.
–Luke 12:6-7 (NIV)
Refrain:
[You’re] too right to be left, you know.
God doesn’t let you here to let you go.
The One who made you one made it so
You’re too right to be left.
Baby, you’re too right to be left.
1. God knows the sparrows and He sees each one is fed.
He knows the number of the hairs upon your head.
He thinks enough of you to wake you in your bed
‘Cause you’re too right to be left.
Refrain:
2. God gives His Word to share, and share His Word I do.
If I can ask one thing, I ask to live the Truth.
The breath He breathes in me is miracle and proof
That I’m too right to be left.
I’m
Refrain:
3. God takes my love and gives me love in you to stay.
I praise His perfect grace and goodness every day.
I put my trust in Him and trust He leads the way,
‘Cause we’re too right to be left.
We’re
