1. It seems like we’ve been here before.
There’s a name for that, deja vu.
We’ve come back around
To cover this ground,
Unearthing something that’s new!
Refrain:
2. We don’t want to take it again,
This roller-coaster of woe.
It tosses and turns
With lessons to learn.
Let’s get them this time, and go!
Refrain:
3. It seems like we’ve been here before,
But deeper now than it was.
With God as our Light,
We come through the night
And greet the dawn of His Love!
Refrain:
Refrain:
‘Cause we don’t always know what we want.
But admit it, we know how we are.
We take the same path
Of forward and back
Until we return to the start
And fin’lly appreciate where we are.
1. We look for too much seeing
And not enough believing;
Too much taking
And not enough giving;
Too much doing
And not enough being.
But that’s ok
‘Cause we can change!
Refrain:
2. We come for too much going
And not enough staying;
Too much working
And not enough playing;
Too much talking
And not enough praying.
But that’s ok
‘Cause we can change!
Refrain:
3. And we do too much forcing
And not enough letting;
Too much hurting
And not enough blessing;
Too much grudging
And not enough forgetting.
But that’s ok
‘Cause we can change!
Refrain: (Twice)
Refrain:
When we choose to change our mind
And we are ready, we find
The Truth of God’s design
Of balance and supply.

1. Life is like a pony ride.
It’s calm and smooth at times.
But when it kicks you and throws you down,
It’s not so gentle and kind.
But
Refrain:
2. You trot through meadows with flow’rs in bloom,
And colors all ablaze.
Then slog through spongy, muddy ground
When life has turned to grey.
But
Refrain:
3. The rhythm of the clip and clop
And the beating of your heart,
They move together through this life
And up to greater parts.
So
Refrain: (Twice)
Refrain:
Get back on that pony and ride, my friend.
You won’t get where you’re goin’ unless you round the bend.
This journey has a purpose, and on that you can depend.
So get back on that pony and ride, ride, my friend.
Refrain:
Feed and nourish your body.
Sow good seed in your mind.
Water and nurture the Spirit
That gives your being life.
You’re a tree of plenty,
The only one of your kind.
So live a fruitful lifetime,
And feed your body and mind.
1. Give your body the food and sleep
And comfort that you really need.
The Spirit deep inside will show you what and when and how.
Let your body be itself,
Don’t push too hard and take its health,
‘Cause every single cell is precious! Start your living now!
And
Refrain:
2. Give your mind some quiet time
And thinking that will help it thrive.
The Spirit deep inside will show you who and why and where.
Let your mind imagine things,
The best that you could ever be,
And paint your brightest mental picture! Take a risk and dare!
And
Refrain:
3. Plant your roots within the Truth,
And let that Essence flow through you.
The Spirit deep inside will show you all you need to know.
Let each person on their path,
And stay on yours, remember that.
And let the love and light and laughter blossom as you go!
And
Refrain:
Live a fruitful lifetime,
And feed, feed your body and mind.
Happy Easter! May the blessings of the Resurrection be with you, now and in any moment!

1. In every trial
And extra mile,
Through all the while,
The peace in knowing;
In His Presence be still.
And every day
There is a way
To be ok
And feel the blessing
Of the Power that heals.
Refrain:
2. There is a Word
That isn’t heard,
But it is stirred
So deep inside us
By the Spirit of Love.
So much to be
And do and see
When we believe
Upon the living
Christ and Father above!
Refrain:
We may be with Him
In Paradise!
Refrain:
For Christ is risen!
And hope is given
That we may live in
Paradise!
Safe in His keeping,
Waking and sleeping,
Laughing and weeping,
He is our Light!
Based on mystical meditation and Aquarian Gospel 150, Matthew 21:1-11, Mark 11:1-11: The Triumphal Entry.
Some Christian denominations take a break from the word (and hymn if they use one) Hallelujah during Lent, and “resurrect” it at Easter. Metaphysics has no preference, as many Metaphysical ministers don’t even use the word. I, however, like the way “Hosanna! Hallelujah! Amen!” sounds, so it’s included here.
Today is Palm Sunday, as well as Spring Equinox in the northern hemisphere, and Full Moon is in 3 days! May we cooperate with the God-within, Source and Creator of all nature!
Hosanna! Hallelujah! Amen! – Lyrics
Note: My usual recording device is on the fritz; I apologize for this poorer quality.
Instrument: Nell – Long Neck Soprano Ukulele
(Reentrant Bb tuning)
Refrain:
Hosanna! Son of David,
Lord of hosts, and king of kings!
He’s come to love;
Above all heav’n and earth we sing!
Hosanna! Hallelujah! Amen!
1. Riding on a donkey,
But not sitting on a throne,
Jesus showed the world
How the kingdom can be won.
Refrain:
2. “Hosanna in the highest!”
In joyful voices raised.
With open hearts and minds,
The little children sang and praised.
Refrain:
Hosanna! Hallelujah! Amen!
3. Humbly Jesus came to earth
To do the Father’s Will.
And humbly does the Christ unfold,
Our purpose to fulfill.
Refrain:
4. If we don’t sing His praises,
But choose to keep our peace.
The stones will start to cry out;
May His glory never cease!
Refrain:
1. A famous frog once lamented,
“It’s not easy being green.”
It’s loud and bright and memorable,
A difference clear to see.
You cannot be invisible,
You glimmer with a sheen,
And it’s good, it’s so good to be green!
Refrain:
2. We don’t all have to look like
Other froggies on the scene.
We’re loud and bright and memorable,
A difference clear to see.
We cannot be invisible,
We glimmer with a sheen,
And it’s good, it’s so good to be green!
Refrain:
3. The Spirit is inside us,
And It guides us how to be.
It’s loud and It’s bright, and It’s memorable,
It’s a difference clear to see.
It cannot be invisible,
It glimmers with a sheen,
And it’s good, it’s so good to be green!
Refrain: (Twice)
Refrain:
Green! The color of vibrant life.
Ground what is old; let the new take flight.
Be who you are; don’t apologize.
‘Cause it’s good, it’s so good to be green!

1. The Winter’s had us all wrapped up in blankets, you know,
Swaddled from the snow and dark and cold.
We kick ’em off and celebrate the Springtime and flow,
Uncovering our Spirit bright and bold!
Refrain:
2. And all of those emotions we’ve been hiding? You know,
They’re covered up but cannot be denied.
They’ll tear a hole in every single layer and flow,
Until we let them see the Light inside!
Refrain:
3. The thoughts we think are habits long established, you know,
The blanket statements thrown across our mind.
It’s time to give the upper room a cleansing and flow
To thinking of the great, inspired kind!
Refrain: (Twice)
Refrain:
So, let us kick off our blankets;
We don’t need their shelter now!
The Light within emerges
As we let It show us how.
The Spirit is our Comforter,
As gentle as a cloud.
So, let’s kick off our blankets;
We don’t need their shelter now!
1. Look at all the animals
Spinning round and round.
Take a ride on one
Till you get dizzy and fall down.
And keep your arms and hands inside
This crazy merry-go-round.
Refrain:
2. Feelings in a turmoil,
Thoughts are whirling fast.
Burning self-delusion,
Hurried future, worried past.
Hang on and find the Center,
‘Cause this ride will never last.
Refrain:
3. Look at all the animals,
Two of every kind.
Thoughts are just alike
And find each other in the mind.
So lift up all your thinking,
And let Spirit be your guide.
Refrain: (Twice)
When we are still, the miracle will set us flying free.
Refrain:
You see the hub
That keeps this thing a-turnin’ ’round, turnin’ ’round?
The solid core
That holds it up and never lets it down?
That Spirit’s real and turns the wheel for you and me.
When we are still, the miracle will set us flying free.
