Within Dependent

1. We can never freely be
Unless we freely let the others live.
We’re not given to receive
Until we let it all go and forgive.
And there is freedom from the limitations
Of this world we’re in.

In memory of Nancy Abercrombie, who poured out God’s Presence through music for many wonderful years.

Remembering Nancy Abercrombie

A spiritually aware, bright, and talented musician, Nancy Abercrombie recently passed on from this world. She contributed positive, inspirational music to the world and to New Thought Metaphysics in particular. She has been, and will continue to be an inspiration to me personally. Though I never met Nancy in person, I’ve felt her soul through the music she wrote and recorded over her many years of study and service in the Metaphysical field. She will be missed, but lives on in the Love, Spirit and Soul of her music and every life touched by the Presence of God within her.

May God’s blessings and peace be upon all those mourning her passing, and may the Light of the eternal flame burn brightly on this, and every soul’s continuing journey!

Happy Father’s Day to all those celebrating in the United States! Even if you’re not celebrating physical fatherhood, you might bring your awareness to the Father within!

And listen to the din.
With small talk of the status quo,
I’m not one to jump in.
And all this talk of differences
And who did what to whom,
I get the feeling I should go
And clean my mental room.

All earthly relationships end. Whether through death, divorce or breakup, a move or other situation, all relationships reach a point where they no longer exist as they did before. In effect, it’s the end of the world as we knew it. This change and letting go is often difficult. Here is a song to acknowledge that, and recognize that our only lasting relationship is with the Spirit of God within.

Trapped in a mind bleak and still.
We cannot see through the forest;
We cannot feel through the chill.
Yet there is Light here inside us;

Creator, God, Life of All.
