Lonely lives cannot
Exist for long! We must feel
Connected and heard!
Being alone we can’t stay.
Take hheart! Be strong! And move on!
The Spirit in me yearns to sing
And leave this Winter-life behind!
Embracing hopefulness of Spring,

The body-mind imprisons me
In music of a darker kind…
